ย Ingredients for 8 medium balls๐Ÿ‹
80gr Oats (2 cups)
50gr Almond Flour (1/2 cup)
10gr Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1Tbsp.)
90gr Medjool Dates (5 big dates)
1.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
10gr Raw Nutritional Goji Berry Powder (1 or 2 Tbsp)

Method:
In a food processor, add the 6 ingredients, then blend.
(You'll get a sticky texture, but not too much. There's shouldn't be some mixture on the side of the food processor.)
Take out the mixture and form 8-9 medium balls.
You can totally make bigger or smaller one.

Those Goji-Lemon bliss balls are everything you need to satisfy your body and your mouth.

Oh my god! I just made this recipe and it is definitely one of my favourite snack I ever made. It taste so fresh, it is super soft and it is healthy. I love how simply it is to make it, 6 ingredients, 10 minutes, done!!
