COFFEE & MACA PALEO PANCAKES
You batter make those maca-coffee pancakes today 😍 These are flipping delicious 🤤
To be honest... these pancakes are easy, filling, and healthy!
You put every ingredients in a blender, and that's it! Plus, since they are made with whole foods only, they will provide a great source of fibers and keep you fuller for longer!
Recipe for this stack of pancakes
45g egg whites (10gr flax seed if vegan)
1Tsp. Instant coffee
Dash of baking powder
1/4cup water or cashew milk
Put everything in a blender (add water if it's too thick)
Pour in a pan and make pancakes
Then, top the stack with everything you want! We used coconut yogourt between each pancakes, and then sprinkled some maca powder on top & whole coffee bean.
