Flourless Peanut/Almond Butter & Banana Blondies
We tell you... You won't believe this recipe is good for you once those gooey blondies will come out of the oven.
After you've tasted it, you'll be more than shocked by how good and fudgy they are.
This recipe will become of our your most favorite one because :

--> Vegan option
--> Paleo option
Made with whole foods ingredients, every hour of the day is good to treat your taste buds and fuel your body with those bars.
1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter (Can use almond butter)
1 medium ripe banana, mashed
1 egg, beaten (or flax egg for a vegan option)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
2tsp Raw Nutritional 100% Pure Maca Powder
3 tbsp oats (Can use almond flour)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional... but not really because is so good)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine all ingredients except for chips in a bowl and mix well until a thick, smooth batter is formed
Fold chocolate chips into batter and mix.
Pour batter into the parchment-lined pan.
Bake for around 20 minutes, or until done.
Let cool (make sure you let them cool extra long because they are gooey and fudgy).
Slice into 9 blondies.
