5-ingredients Matcha and Coconut Smoothie
I say this often, but I'm not a big fan of matcha EXCEPT when it's mixed with coconut milk. I think these two flavours go so well together! The creamy and sweet side of this smoothie is perfect to start your mornings gently.
For a smoothie bowl version, you can simply omit the water from the recipe, and the base will be ultra creamy!
Ingredients (serves 1)
1 cup Light coconut milk
1/2 cup Water
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Pure Organic Matcha Tea
1 cup Spinach
1 Frozen banana
Method :
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
