Banana & Mango Smoothie (5 ingredients)
A creamy and refreshing beverage that only requires 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare! What better?
In this recipe, I used Pure Organic Camu Camu berry powder. It is a small red and yellow fruit that grows on a tree in the Amazon. Its taste is a little tart, so ideal to consume in naturally sweeten drinks like this recipe. Personally, I also find it has a slight caramel taste which adds a delicious touch to recipes!
Ingredients (1 smoothie)
3/4 cup Plain plant-based yogurt
3/4 cup Water
1 Frozen banana
1/2 cup Frozen mango, chopped
1 tsp Pure Organic Camu Camu
Method
1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth, even texture.
