Another energy balls recipe? Absolutely! We are literally obsessed with these Vanilla and Chocolate energy balls. And the best news : you won't have to choose between the 2 classics flavours, they are the perfect combo!

Vanilla & Chocolate Energy Balls

There are never too many energy ball recipes! These little bites are so easy to prepare, require almost no dishes, and allow us to always have delicious, nutritious snacks on hand all week.

These energy balls with vanilla and chocolate flavour are particularly delicious thanks to the mixture of several very sweet ingredients. As I don't like the balls sticking to my fingers, I decided to roll these in a little powdered sugar, and it adds a perfect finishing touch!


Ingredients (10 balls)
1 cup Quick-cooking rolled oats
1 serving Vegan Pro – Maple Vanilla
10 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup Almonds
3 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Water
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Chocolate chips
1/4 cup Powdered sugar


Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and powdered sugar in a food processor. Mix until you get a sticky ball.

2. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the chocolate chips. Mix them in and form 10 balls.

3. Pour the powdered sugar into a small container. Coat each ball with powdered sugar.

    Sorry to bother you but there are no instructions for the chocolate chips. What do we do with them after we blend all of the ingredients.
