In this Vanilla Tropical Popsicles recipe, we used tropical fruits to achieve absolute freshness! Also, Vegan Pro Plant Protein Powder adds a creamy texture and vanilla flavour that goes perfectly with the fruit. Plus, it adds some protein to popsicles!

Vanilla Tropical Popsicles

Summer exists for creating popsicles! These little sweets are always welcome to eat as a snack, when it's too hot or as desserts.

In this recipe, I used tropical fruits to achieve absolute freshness! Also, Vegan Pro Plant Protein Powder adds a creamy texture and vanilla flavour that goes perfectly with the fruit. Plus, it adds some protein to popsicles!


Ingredients (10 popsicles)
1 can of 400 ml Coconut milk
2 cups Frozen tropical fruit mix (mango, pineapple, papaya)
1 serving Vegan Pro – Maple Vanilla
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp Maple syrup

 

Method:
1. In a blender, pour half of the coconut milk with the frozen fruit. Grind until you get a smooth and creamy texture. Divide the mixture into 10 popsicle moulds.

2. Rinse the blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Grind until you get a smooth and creamy texture. Carefully pour the mixture into the moulds.

3. Freeze for a minimum of 5 hours.
