Healthy Strawberry Shortcake Oats
Your new go-to breakfast for the summer!
Ingredients (1 serving)
⅓ cup Quick oats
½ cup Plant-based milk
½ cup Water
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
3-4 Fresh strawberries
2 tsp Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Smooth cashew butter
Method:
1. Combine the oats, water, and plant-based milk in a small pot over the stove.
2. Cook the oats for approximately 7-9 minutes, or until you’ve reached your desired consistency.
3. When the oats are done cooking mix in 1 scoop of Maple Vanilla VeganPro, if the oats become too thick for your liking you can add more milk.
4. Transfer the oats to a bowl, top with fresh cut strawberries, chia seeds, and the cashew butter
