5 Original And Delicious Ways To Consume Our VEGAN BCAAs
Consuming BCAAs has so many benefits for our bodies!
It's also such an interesting addition of flavors. Did you know that it can even help us drink more water?
However, even if our BCAAs are delicious when mixed with water only, there are many other ways to use them. There are original and interesting ways to give even more flavor to a recipe.
Before presenting them to you, for your information, we currently have 2 flavors of BCAA: Pink Lemonade and Lemon Iced Tea. The ideas that we are going to present you are perfect with these two excellent flavors.
Here are 5 original and delicious ways to consume our BCAAs
1) In a cocktail (with or without alcohol)
To replace the generally very sweet cocktail syrups, our BCAAs are perfect.
You can first mix them with a little water. Then add sparkling water and / or tonic water. Finally, you can add fruit. For example, raspberries, strawberries or citrus fruits would be very good with our two flavors.
Optional: You can also add a little alcohol such as gin or vodka.
Here is a cocktail with or without alcohol quite healthy and so good!
2) In slush
An ideal drink to cool off after a workout or just to have fun : a BCAA slush.
Super easy to do! You just have to put in a blender: water, BCAA powder, lots of ice
cubes and frozen fruits or herbs of your choice. A winning combination could be Pink Lemonade powder, frozen raspberries and fresh mint.
Try different flavor combinations with this delicious drink.
3) In ice cubes
Make ice cubes from mixed water and BCAAs. You can then add them to your water to
flavor it. The flavor will mix in when the ice melts.
It takes a few minutes to do and it makes your water more interesting.
4) In vegan candies
Oh yes ! You can use BCAA powder as a flavor for your homemade candy.
It's very simple: all you have to do is follow a recipe for vegan candies made from agar-agar. Agar-agar is a vegan ingredient that replaces gelatin. In this recipe, instead of adding juice, just add the same amount of BCAA mixed with water.
5) In popsicles
There are two recipes you can try:
- Yogurt-based popsicles. You can mix BCAA with vegan yogurt and then freeze it in a popsicle pan. * Pink Lemonade might be a better option for this recipe.
- BCAA popsicles mixed with water. You can also add fruit or your homemade vegan sweets (like jujube popsicles from our childhood). You mix it all and freeze in a popsicle pan.
There are so many options available with BCAAs. Can you imagine some yourself?
