How to have a fulfilled life?

It's possible that with the coming of Spring, you feel that you need to change some things in your life. And it's totally normal! You don't have to be afraid to take the time to ask yourself some more profound questions and to make changes to feel your best!

How to have a fulfilled life?

What does it mean to have a fulfilled life? It's the feeling of being exactly where you want to be. It can include a particular sphere of life (such as the professional, family or financial sphere) or even have all of them. In French, we call it to be on your "X," meaning feeling good, fulfilled and happy.

How do we get there? I won't pretend to have the answer, but I know possible solutions to get there!

I searched for myself for a long time, especially professionally. For almost three years, I have had the impression of being on my "X" by exercising the job of my dreams. At the family level, I am also in my place with the purchase of my house, my husband and my granddaughter.

So here are my tips :

1. Visualization

Take the time to find what makes you happy. Happiness is different for each person. Don't think of the perfect lives that we see on Instagram. Disconnect from the networks for a few minutes and take the time to visualize the life that would make you happy.

2. To write

Write your ideas in a notebook to make them clearer and not forget them. I invite you to divide it into different categories that apply to you (home, travel, family, work, hobby, etc.).

3. Changes to make

If you realize your life is perfect like this, that's great! If you realize that a few things are missing to feel completely happy and fulfilled, try to see how you can change some things to get closer to that goal. Find small goals to start with. The objectives must be attainable to be achieved, and most importantly, do not get discouraged!

4. One step at a time

Of course, you will have to be patient. We cannot change our lives overnight. We must focus on the positive daily and be grateful for the little things. On the other hand, by applying small changes, we get closer to our goal and therefore increase our level of happiness.
