Hummus is, without a doubt, a great staple to keep in your fridge for a quick and easy snack. DIY hummus is cheaper, and you can choose which ingredients you add to it. Try to add superfood for a nice twist on the flavour!

10-Minute Maca Hummus

Adding superfood to your hummus? Yes we did it! Don't knock it until you try it!

Ingredients (1 serving)

2 cans Chickpeas (400ml/each)
½ cup Tahini
½ cup Water
⅓ cup Lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves 
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cumin


1. Drain and rinse your chickpeas.

2. Add everything to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. 

3. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with black pepper, paprika, sesame seeds and olive oil.
