4-Ingredient Cookie Dough Bites
It is quite difficult to find a recipe as simple as this! These delicious cookie dough bites can be prepared super quickly and only require four ingredients.
Because of the Vegan Pro and peanut butter, each bite contains almost 4 grams of protein. So, it's a perfect little snack for those rushed mornings or just after a workout!
Ingredients (18 bites)
1 1/2 scoop Vegan pro - Maple Vanilla
1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
1/2 cup Vanilla plant-based milk
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
Method
1. In a bowl with a spatula, combine the Vegan Pro, peanut butter and plant-based milk until a dough forms.
2. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
3. Place the dough in a 23 x 13 cm (9 x 5 inch) loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Press with the back of the spatula to even out.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Unmold and cut into 18 bites.
*Keep the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
