Ingredients (2 servings)
1 Banana
1 cup Rolled oats
1 cup Almond vegetable drink
2 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds
Method :
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Grind until the texture becomes smooth. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so that it becomes thicker.
2. In a frying pan, melt some coconut oil or vegetable butter. Pour the mixture into the pan, making small pancakes. You will get a total of 8 to 10 small pancakes.
3. Over medium heat, cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until the pancakes turn lightly golden.
