The kind of breakfast you drink with a spoon! Smoothie bowls are so delicious. They’re super nutritious (thanks to the Vegan Pro for adding a large amount of plant-based protein for a filling breakfast) and the perfect way to start your day.

The peppermint mocha flavour, chocolate, mint and coffee trio are definitely associated with the holidays. I can guarantee you that this will be my go-to breakfast during the holidays!

Ingredients (1 bowl)

1 very large frozen Banana (or 1 and a half small banana)
3/4 cup Vanilla plant-based milk
1 tbsp Pure Cacao
1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
Toppings (optional)
Banana slices
Dark chocolate chips
Crispy rice
Mint candy cane, crushed



Method : 

1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth.

Garnish as desired!
