As the sugar shack season rolls around, there's no better time to indulge in the delectable taste of maple syrup. For maple enthusiasts like myself, this time of year is truly a treat. To celebrate, here is a delightful smoothie recipe that captures the essence of maple in every sip.

It's finally the return of sugar shack season! As I am a big maple syrup lover, it goes without saying that I love this time of year when we can enjoy maple syrup at the shack. For the occasion, I decided to make a recipe highlighting maple's delicious taste!

A smoothie that is rich in plant-based proteins and perfectly creamy.

Ingredients (1 smoothie)

1/2 cup Plain plant-based yogurt
1 1/4 cup Vanilla plant-based milk
1 serving Vegan Pro – Maple Vanilla
1 Frozen banana
1 tbsp Maple syrup



Method : 

1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
