5-ingredients Vegan Coffee Mousse
This recipe only calls for 5 ingredients and only takes one step to make. Who says better? A delicious coffee mousse with a hint of chocolate that offers ULTRA protein. A perfect snack for afternoon cravings or after training. It can also be an excellent breakfast if used as yogurt (with granola and berries, for example).
Ingredients (4 servings)
1 block (300g) Soft tofu
2 servings Vegan Pro – Coffee Wafers
2 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp Vanilla extract
Method
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
