Apple Almond Baked Oats

Start your day right with these Apple Almond Baked Oats. A soft, nourishing breakfast packed with cozy, comforting flavors. The perfect mix of tender apples, crunchy almonds, and a hint of cinnamon. Simple to make, yet so delicious it’ll quickly become a morning favorite!

Ingredients
- 2½ cups Rolled oats
- 1½ tablespoons Ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop (about ⅓ cup) Raw Nutritional Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- A small Pinch of salt
- 2¼ cups Almond milk
- ⅓ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Almond or vanilla extract
- 1 Apple, sliced
- ⅓ cup Sliced almonds
- 1–2 tablespoons Powdered sugar, for garnish
- Oil spray or oil of choice

Instructions
1- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2- Grease an oven-safe dish with oil spray or butter.

3- Add all the dry ingredients to the dish and mix well.

4- Add the wet ingredients and stir again to combine.

5- Top with apple slices and sliced almonds.

6- Bake for 35 minutes.

7- Let cool for about 10 minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

For an extra-decadent breakfast, serve with a dollop of vanilla plant-based yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup!
