Apple & Caramel Crumble (ready in 10 minutes)

This crumble is all we need in fall, that and a good latte to go with it. Crispy and crunchy at the same time, with a good taste of caramel, slightly sweetened, with the little "punch" of cinnamon, my family was all crazy about this crumble! As a bonus, it is so quick to prepare you will only need 10 minutes, why deprive yourself?

Ingredients (About 6 servings)

4 Apples, peeled and seeded
⅓ cup Unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp Maple syrup
½ tsp Ground cinnamon
1 ½ cup Oatmeal
½ cup Chopped pecans
¼ cup Brown sugar
4 tbsp Vegan Pro Butterscotch
3 tbsp All-purpose flour
2 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
½ tsp Ground cinnamon
5 tbsp Cold vegan margarine

Method

1. Start by preheating your oven at 375°F (190°C) and butter an 8x8 pan (20cm x 20cm). Set aside.

2. Peel and cut your apples into small cubes, then place them in a bowl. Add the applesauce, maple syrup and ground cinnamon. Mix well and pour into the bottom of the prepared mould.

3. In a medium bowl, mix together the oatmeal, chopped pecans, brown sugar, Vegan Pro Butterscotch, flour, ground flaxseeds and cinnamon. Add the vegan margarine, put it in small pieces with your hands and blend until it is fully incorporated into the dry ingredients.

4. Place your crumble filling on top of the apples, spreading it all over the entire surface, then bake for 21 to 23 minutes.

5. Take out of the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Can be stored for 3-4 days at room temperature.
