Enjoy a quick and sustaining oatmeal breakfast that only takes 60-90 seconds to bake. Who doesn't love the mix of freshly sliced apples and the sweetness of some Butterscotch?

Apple Caramel Protein Oatmeal

This oatmeal has been around many of my mornings for a while now. I love it for several reasons! First of all, it's quick to make, and it's high in protein and fibre. It also contains a good portion of fruit, thanks to the applesauce. An excellent way to hide fruits from children who find it more challenging to eat them.

Ingredients (One serving)

1/3 cup Oatmeal
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Butterscotch
1 tsp Flaxseeds
1/3 cup Applesauce
1/2 cup Plant-based milk
1/2 Apple, finely diced (optional)


1. Combine all the dry ingredients, then add the applesauce and the plant-based milk.

2. Place in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds.

3. Add the previously cut apples.
