Apple Crumble Energy Balls

I love energy balls. It's a quick and easy snack to make! I cook them almost every week. Whether it's to eat it as a snack, before or after a workout or when I do an outdoor activity.

These energy balls are especially perfect for the fall season as they will remind you of apple crumble with the divine taste of apple and cinnamon!

Ingredients (9 balls)

1 cup Quick-cooking oatmeal
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Butterscotch
1/2 cup Dehydrated apples
8 Medjool dates, pitted
3 tbsp No sugar added applesauce
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Granola (of your choice), chopped

Method

1. In a food processor, mix all ingredients (except granola) until the dough is held together.

2. Put the granola in a bowl. Create 9 balls with the preparation and cover each ball with granola.

Store these energy balls in the refrigerator.

J’ai fait ces boules en utilisant la protéine à saveur de vanille & érable et en le mettant quelques minutes au four. Un délice!
