Apple, Kiwi and Cucumber Smoothie with BCAA

This refreshing smoothie is a game-changer for your post-workout routine! Typically, I just mix BCAA with water, but I decided to switch things up. This smoothie not only packs a punch with BCAAs, but it’s also loaded with fruits and green veggies. Perfect for a hydrating and nourishing boost!

Apple, Kiwi and Cucumber Smoothie with BCAA

This is a must-have. Every time I work out, I drink a BCAA beverage. Normally, I just add water to Raw Nutritional's BCAA (click here to see all the benefits), but this time, I wanted to do something different.

 This smoothie is super easy to make. It provides BCAAs and is a great source of fruits and green vegetables. It's a refreshing drink.



Ingredients (1 smoothie)

1/2 cup Peeled cucumber, cubed
1 Kiwi, cubed
1 Half frozen banana
1 Half green apple, peeled
1 Handful (about 10 leaves) spinach
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 cup Water



Method : 

1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and homogeneous smoothie.
