Autumn Cookie Dough Balls

A great cookie dough recipe! I mean, who can resist eating a bite of cookie dough before baking or licking the spoon after completing the prep! That's good because the recipe presented below is cookie dough. I'll let you discover it!

Ingredients (12 balls)

Dry ingredients
½ cup Oatmeal flour
½ cup Vegan Pro - Butterscotch
1 tbsp Pumpkin spice

Wet ingredients
1/2 cup Cashew butter
1/4 cup Pumpkin puree
1/4 cup Plant-based milk
1/4 cup Puro Organic Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup Vegan white chocolate chips


1. In the first bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, except the white chocolate chips. Reserve.

2. In a second bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.

3. Add the dry mixture to the wet one. Mix with a spatula until a uniform texture is obtained.

4. Add the white chocolate chips. Mix again.

5. Form 12 small balls with your hands.
