Delicious banana balls to accompany you on your little winter outings. They will support you with their nutritional value and offer a great taste in combination with peanut butter. Double the recipe for more snacks on the go!

Banana Energy Balls

The snack to bring with you on the road. Supporting with RAW Nutritional vegan protein powder and fibre from the oatmeal. This is perfect for the Holidays!

Ingredients (12 balls)

Dry
1 ¼ cup Oatmeal
⅓ cup Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
2 tsp Mini vegan chocolate chips

Wet
½ cup Bananas, mashed (about 1 fruit)
⅓ cup Natural peanut butter
2 tsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar

Method

1. In a bowl, put all the dry ingredients. Mix together.

2. In a second bowl, blend the mashed bananas, sugar and peanut butter.

3. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ones. Mix well.

4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the oatmeal flakes to absorb the liquids.

5. Take the mixture out of the fridge and form 12 small balls using your hands. Keep refrigerated.

*The colder the mix is, the less sticky it will be, making it easier to form the balls.
