Berry Baked Oat
This recipe is so good ! I just found my new favorite breakfast. I'm even thinking of eating it as a snack. Ultra-filling thanks to the Vegan Pro and its plant-based protein, packed with good carbs, and slightly sweet, it's perfect.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1/2 cup Quick oats
- 2 tbsp Vegan Pro Maple Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Plant-based milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Berries of your choice (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Natural peanut butter

Method
1- Preheat oven to 350°F.
2- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the peanut butter.
3- Pour the mixture into a 250 ml ramekin. Cover with peanut butter and bake for 40 minutes.
