Berry Protein Frozen Dessert
Strawberry season has officially begun and what better way to celebrate than with a frozen dessert! Thanks to the delicious taste of this fruit and the Verry Berry flavor of Vegan Pro, this recipe is truly an explosion of taste.
Since I love chocolate, I added a little touch. Plus, the strawberry/chocolate combo is always a success! High in protein, it’s the perfect summer dessert (or snack).
Ingredients (1-2 servings)
1 half block of 300 g Silken tofu
2 tbsp Dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 1/2 cups Frozen strawberries
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 half serving Vegan Pro – Verry Berry
Method :
1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous texture.
