Birthday Cake in a Mug
Is it your child's or your partner's birthday, or is it your own birthday? What better way to start the day than with this delicious mug cake. We don't always have time to cook a big birthday cake, but we always want to please our loved ones. This recipe is so perfect!
Ingredients (1 serving)
4 tbsp Unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tbsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Vegetable margarine, melted
3 tbsp Vanilla oat milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp Funfetti candies
Method : 1. In a mug, combine all the ingredients and cook for 90 seconds in the microwave.
