Blueberry, Açai & Lemon Smoothie
This smoothie is climbing to the top of my favorites list right now, and I’m willing to bet it’ll be one of yours too! The combination of these three flavors is absolutely incredible — and I’m not even exaggerating! It’s perfectly sweet, tangy, and fruity — it literally tastes like candy!
There are no added ingredients: just freeze-dried organic açaí berries ground into powder! I guarantee the flavor and aroma are super concentrated — it’s the real deal! Yum!

Ingredients
1 cup Soy milk
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 frozen Banana, sliced
1 cup frozen Blueberries
Zest 1 lemon
Juice ½ a lemon
1 tbsp Açaí Powder - Raw Nutritional
Method
Just toss everything into a blender and mix until smooth.
Serving tip (if you have the time):
Brush the inside of your glass with vanilla yogurt and sprinkle some açaí powder before pouring in your smoothie!
