Blueberry, Lemon & Vanilla Donuts

Blueberry, Lemon & Vanilla Donuts

Delectable gourmet donuts without any frying? Yes, it's possible, and it's crazy delicious, satisfying and sweet! Just what it takes with a little tangy touch to achieve a feeling of great happiness in only 10 minutes! How to resist a duo as perfect as blueberries and lemon? It's paradise!

Ingredients (9 donuts)
4 tbsp Vegan margarine
1/3 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 cup Plant-based milk
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 Lemon's zest
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 cup All-purpose flour
3 tbsp Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
Pinch of salt

1/2 cup Fresh (or frozen) blueberries


1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and butter the imprints of a donut pan (you will make 9). Reserve.

2. Soften the vegan margarine for about 20 seconds in the microwave. Then add the granulated sugar, lemon juice and zest and mix with a whisk.

3. In a small bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients alternating with the plant-based milk drink.

4. Finally, add the frozen blueberries and toss a little to incorporate.

5. Divide the dough evenly into the 9 cavities of a donut mould, filling them 3/4 full, then bake for 15 to 17 minutes.

6. When removing from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.

Store for a few days at room temperature in an airtight container.
