Blueberry Pie BCAA Smoothie

If you’ve ever craved dessert for breakfast, then you have to try out this Blueberry Pie smoothie! Not only is it creamy and delicious, but it is also full of vegan BCAA’s, which reduce fatigue and help repair and build muscle! 

Ingredients (1 smoothie)
1 Frozen banana
1 cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Plant-based milk
1 scoop Blueberry Pomegranate Vegan BCAA
⅓ cup Plain vegan yogurt
¼ cup Oats
1 tsp Maple syrup 
¼ tsp Cinnamon

Method :
1. Combine all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.

2. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
