Made with four RAW Nutritional products, what could possibly be more decadent than this brownie? This is a comforting snack for when you need to snuggle in some blankets. It will warm your hands, plus your heart. Don't forget to pour yourself a big glass of plant-based milk. The perfect duo!

There it is, I've created the best chocolate recipe in the world!

Besides being completely decadent and taking only 5 minutes to prepare, it's high in protein, carbohydrates, iron AND vitamin C. If it's not the perfect snack, I don't know what it is!

So get out your mug and the few ingredients you need, pour yourself a tall glass of plant-based milk and have a treat!

Ingredients (A brownie)

4 tbsp Unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tbsp Vegan Pro – Chocolate
2 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
1 tsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Pure Organic Camu Camu
¼ tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Canola oil
¼ cup Unsweetened plant-based milk
1 tbsp Water
½ tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Chocolate chips

Method

  1. Put the flour, Vegan Pro powder, cacao, coconut sugar, Camu Camu and baking powder in a mug. Mix.
  2. Add canola oil, plant-based milk, water, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Mix until the texture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Cook 90 to 120 seconds in the microwave.
  4. Serve immediately.
