Buttery Caramel Dip
This buttery caramel dip is rich, creamy, and ready in under 10 minutes! Made with Vegan Pro Buttery Caramel protein, it's a deliciously quick treat that adds a little extra boost of protein. Perfect for pairing with waffles, pancakes, or fresh fruit. A sweet indulgence the whole family will love!
Ingredients
- 250 ml Soy cream
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup White sugar
- 1 tablespoon Plant-based butter
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Vegan Pro Butterscotch

Method
1- In a very large microwave-safe container (like a Pyrex), combine the brown sugar, white sugar, and soy cream. It’s very important to use a large container, as the mixture tends to rise in the microwave and could overflow if there's not enough room.
2- Microwave for 5 minutes. Stay close and keep an eye on it to prevent spilling. After 4 minutes, whisk the caramel well. Return to the microwave for another 4 minutes, watching carefully.
3- Add the butter, vanilla, and Vegan Pro Buttery Caramel protein. Whisk until fully dissolved. It’s ready to serve with waffles, pancakes, or fresh fruit!

You can add up to 1 full scoop of Vegan Pro Buttery Caramel for more protein—just keep in mind this will thicken the caramel.
