Caramel Mug Cake (Quick & Easy)
Mug cakes are the perfect way to eat a piece of cake without ending up with a huge cake in the fridge.
This one is different from the classic chocolate mug cake we all know! Thanks to the ‘’Butterscotch‘’ Vegan Pro flavor; The taste is a mix between vanilla and caramel. So light and fluffy!
It won't take you more than 5 minutes to make it and I'm sure you already have all the ingredients you need in your pantry!
Ingredients (1 mug cake)
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp of Butterscotch Vegan Pro
½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp non-dairy milk
½ tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
*Optional: Garnish with coconut yogurt & unsweetened shredded coconut
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a mug. Stir or whisk to combine.
2. Cook in the microwave for 80 seconds. It will likely be a little undercooked in the middle, but if you prefer it more cooked, put it another 10-20 seconds in the microwave.
3. Serve immediately.
