Caramelized Fall Nuts

This recipe is the perfect balance of sweet and nutritious, with a touch of maca powder to enhance the caramel flavor. Caramelized Fall Nuts

It's fall! We're celebrating this magnificent season's arrival with a caramelized nuts recipe. A nutritious and tasty snack that tastes like fall. Maca powder adds a perfect touch of caramel in addition to its benefits.

I love this super simple recipe that requires a few ingredients. Give yourself a few minutes for an excellent homemade snack and a smell of spices throughout the house!



Ingredients (2 cups)

1 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Almonds
1/4 cup Walnuts, cut in half
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon



Method : 

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.

3. Spread the nut mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Mix the nuts and bake for another 10 minutes, checking every 2 minutes. Remove from the oven as soon as the nuts are nicely toasted.
