Chai & Maple Protein Pancakes
This recipe is simply delicious and perfect for the cold season!
A warm breakfast that tastes like those cozy autumn pastries, but with way less sugar, and that is good for you.
You can literally top those pancakes with anything, and it will taste good. Maple syrups, vegan yogourt, homemade jelly, coconut whip cream, fruits, and the list goes on!
For about 4 pancakes:
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 scoop Maple-Vanilla Vegan Pro
½ teaspoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups of chaï tea that has been brewed for 5 minutes
A pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
1. In order, mix the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix well with a whisk until smooth.
3. Cook in an oiled skillet like traditional pancakes.
4. Enjoy!
