Chocolate Banana and Peanut Pops

A frozen snack in this summer heat is definitely a big yes! In addition to hardly dirtying the dishes, the recipe is quick and easy. So you can cook it in the morning and then go out to get some sun and finally come back to enjoy it as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients (4 to 6 popsicles)

1 Banana
1/2 cup Oatmeal yogurt
1/4 cup Natural peanut butter
1/4 cup Plant-based milk
3 tbsp Vegan Pro - Chocolate
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Mini dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp Coarsely chopped peanuts
Chocolate coulis (optional)

Method

1. In a blender, put all the ingredients except the mini dark chocolate chips and the peanuts. Grind until getting a completely smooth texture.

2. In the mixture obtained above, add the dark chocolate chips, then mix using a spatula.

3. Optional: Decorate your popsicle mould with a chocolate coulis.
This step is more focused on aesthetics. The taste is both good with or without the coulis.

4. Place the prepared mixture in the moulds. Add chopped peanuts on top. Insert the sticks in the center of each of the ice cream pops.

5. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
