Chocolate & Banana Mug Cake
I love so much the concept of making a single serving of cake in a mug! It avoids cooking for hours to bake a cake, but above all, it avoids waste.
This chocolate banana cake recipe is so tasty, and it will only take you 5 minutes to make. It's a perfect snack or, alternatively, a dessert that's ready in no time.
Ingredients (One serving)
4 tbsp Whole-wheat flour
2 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
1 tbsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds
1/4 tsp Baking powder
A pinch of salt
1/2 Banana, mashed
1 tbsp Canola oil
1/4 cup Oat milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
1. In a cup, combine the flour, cacao powder, sugar, flaxseeds, baking powder and salt.
2. Add the banana, oil, oat drink and vanilla. Mix until the texture is smooth and even.
3. Cook for 90 seconds to 120 seconds in the microwave oven. Serve immediately.
