Chocolate & Crispy Rice Protein Patties, 10g Protein

Protein is all the rage! These ultra-protein patties are THE snack to enjoy when you have a little craving or after a workout. Thanks to Vegan Pro and peanut butter, each patty contains just over 10 grams of plant-based protein.

Imagine a mix between Crunch bars and Reese’s!!! Plus, they only require 4 ingredients and take just 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients (4 patties)
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop Vegan Pro Chocolate
- 3/4 cup Crispy rice

Method

1- Place the chocolate chips in a bowl. Melt in the microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring each time. When the chips start to melt, add the peanut butter. Once the mixture is fully melted, stir until smooth. Be careful not to overheat!

2- Add the Vegan Pro and mix well with a spatula. Add the crispy rice and stir again to coat every grain of rice. The texture will be quite dense, which is normal.

3- On a parchment-lined tray, form 4 patties. Let them rest in the freezer for 1 hour. Then store the patties in the refrigerator.
