Chocolate Cups Filled with Strawberries

I created this tasty recipe for two reasons. First, I wanted to cook and highlight the delicious strawberries since it's the season. Also, I love chocolate, and I could consume it every day. This duo is just perfect!

And it's an ideal post-workout snack!

Ingredients (9 cups)

2 cups Dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup Vanilla oat milk
1 half serving Vegan Pro – Chocolate
2 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
2 tsp Canola oil

1 1/3 cup Strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Lemon juice

Method : 

1. In a blender, grind all the ingredients for the filling until smooth.

2. melt the chocolate chips, oat milk, Vegan Pro, cocoa and oil in a double boiler.

3. Divide the chocolate mixture among 9 muffin cups. Spread the strawberry garnish in the center, then cover with the rest of the chocolate mixture. Freeze for 1 hour.

The cups can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator.
