Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Brownies
Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Brownies
Your must chocolaty dreams might turn real with this perfect recipe! These brownies are perfect for a date night at home, a game night with friends, or even a special anniversary. Let's dig in!
Ingredients (8 brownies)
2 medium Ripe bananas
1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup Organic Pur Cacao
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbs Vanilla essence
2 servings Vegan Pro - Chocolate Hazelnut
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Method :
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 square pan or loaf pan (or line with parchment paper).
2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth with a fork.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the nuggets) and mix well to obtain a
thick and sticky paste, very uniform. Then add the nuggets and mix with
the new.
4. Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
5. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top if desired.
6. Bake for 22 minutes, then let cool before unmolding.
Notes :
Since this recipe does not contain flour, the texture differs from traditional brownies. More fudgy and fluffy, they don't puff up. Perfect as an afternoon snack or to fill up a little late at night, these protein brownies are healthy and rich in the tooth and prepared in less than 30 minutes!
They keep 5 days in the refrigerator.
