Chocolate & Mint Mug Cake

An iconic festive duo is a chocolate and mint, don't you all agree? This quick and easy mug cake goes for only 2 minutes in the microwave. Add some chopped candy canes and chocolate chips for an exquisite flavor boost!

What's better than a chocolate mint mug cake for the holidays? This is the MOST POPULAR flavor duo of the season, and I get why as it tastes so good! This cake is perfect for a quick but extremely decadent snack.

After a day out, I can see myself eating it with my little red cheeks and a good coffee!

Ingredients (1 serving)

1 tbsp Vegan butter, melted
1/4 cup Unsweetened vanilla plant-based milk
1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
2 tbsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
2 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
4 tbsp Unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt

Garnish (optional)

Dark chocolate chips
Candy cane, chopped


1. In a mug, combine all the ingredients until the texture is smooth and smooth.

2. Garnish with chocolate chips and candy cane, if desired.

3. Cook for 2 minutes in the microwave.
