Chocolate & Peppermint Smoothie
This smoothie is very festive with its chocolate and peppermint flavor that reminds me of After Eight chocolates (which were my favorite chocolates before I went vegan). I guarantee you this recipe will make a nice change and that it is perfect for the holiday season.
Personally, I have drunk almost everything in one sip because I find it so delicious. It's chocolatey, but above all refreshing!
Ingredients (1 smoothie)
1 1/4 cup Vanilla plant-based milk
½ scoop Vegan Pro - Chocolate
½ Frozen banana
1 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
Method
1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
2. Pour in a glass.
Decorate it with a mint candy cane for an even more festive look!
