Cinnamon Roll Flavoured Protein Crispy Bites

This is THE perfect Fall snack, wether at home or on-the-go!

Ingredients (about 18 bites)

2½ cups Rice Krispies cereal
¼ cup Pure Coconut Sugar
1 cup Almond butter
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Cinnamon Roll

For the coating
1½ cups Vegan white chocolate
½ tablespoon Coconut oil
Pinch of cinnamon

 


Method : 

1- In a large bowl, combine almond butter, coconut sugar and Vegan Pro Cinnamon Roll Protein.

2- Add cereal and mix well.

3- Shape into about 18 small balls, moistening your hands with water if necessary to prevent sticking. Rinse your hands often if necessary, and repeat the process.

4- Refrigerate the balls for about 1 hour.

5- Meanwhile, melt the vegan white chocolate with coconut oil (in the microwave for 30 seconds or on a double boiler).

6- Coat each of the bites and sprinkle with a little cinnamon if desired.

7- Refrigerate for about fifteen minutes, and enjoy!
