Cinnamon Roll Nut Granola

This cinnamon roll nut granola is the perfect mix of crunch and sweetness! Packed with protein and healthy fats, it’s ideal for breakfast or as a snack. With its cozy cinnamon aroma and golden baked texture, it’s bound to become a staple in your kitchen.

Dry ingredients
- 3 cups Rolled oats
- ½ cup Pecans (whole or chopped)
- ½ cup Almonds (whole or sliced)
- ½ cup Cashews
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder

Wet ingredients
- ½ cup coconut oil or canola oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 scoop Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder

Method

1- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.

3- In a small bowl, combine the wet ingredients and stir well. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

4- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

5- Bake for about 50 minutes.

6- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
