Coffee Wafer Protein Balls

This bite-sized treat tastes like coffee, looks like a dessert, and in reality, is super healthy for you! These no-bake Coffee Wafer Protein Balls make the perfect pre or post-workout fuel, midday snack, and morning energizer. They are not only packed with protein and coffee but also healthy fats and fibre from the almonds. If you’re looking for an easy to whip up a healthy treat, you are in the right place!

Ingredients (12-15 balls)
1 cup Almond flour
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Coffee-Wafers
½ cup Almond butter
⅓ cup Pure maple syrup
¼-½ tsp Ground coffee (or instant coffee)
¼ cup Dark or semi-sweet vegan chocolate, melted (optional)

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients minus the chocolate into a high-speed blender. Blend until well combined.

2. Gather approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.

3. Line a tray with parchment paper and place the protein balls on the tray.

4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the balls (optional).

5. Place in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!
