These cookie dough protein bars are the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet cravings while staying nourishing. No-bake and quick to make, they have a soft, indulgent texture. Packed with protein and made with simple ingredients, they’re ideal for post-workout or as a snack anytime. A recipe that’s as convenient as it is delicious!

Ingredients

For the bars
- 1⅔ cups Almond flour
- ⅓ cup Raw Nutritional Extra Vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup natural Peanut butter
- ⅓ cup Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted
- Pinch of salt
- ⅓ to ½ cup Chocolate chips

For the chocolate topping
- 150 g Dark chocolate, melted
- 1½ teaspoons Coconut oil
- Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)

Method

1- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, Raw Nutritional protein powder, and salt.

2- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Mix until the texture is smooth, soft, and slightly sticky. Adjust the amount of coconut oil if needed.

3- Fold in the chocolate chips.

4- Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined pan and press firmly into an even layer.

5- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil, then pour over the base and spread evenly.

6- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if desired.

7- Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm. Slice into bars.
