Cranberry Orange Chia Pudding
Inspired by seasonal flavors, I’ve prepared a chia pudding featuring our beautiful local cranberries! It’s perfect to make on the weekend to simplify the week ahead—great for breakfasts or snacks.
We love chia puddings for their simplicity, their taste, and because you can endlessly switch up the flavors. Long live chia puddings! I often add a tablespoon of protein to make them even more satisfying.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Vegan Pro Maple Vanilla Protein
- 1 tbsp dried Cranberries
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed Orange juice
- ¾ cup unsweetened Soy milk
- A pinch of Cardamom
- Optional: ½ cup Yogurt to add when serving

Method
Place all the ingredients (except the yogurt) in an airtight container. Mix well, then let sit in the fridge overnight.
And since everything is already out… I always make at least two or three! It’s no more complicated once you’re set up.
