Crunchy Maple Caramel Baked Oats
Baked oats are very trendy right now, and I can see why! This recipe really stands out from the rest. Why? The oatmeal is mixed in a blender for a very airy and creamy texture. Plus, it's covered in a crunchy maple crust! A big YUM.
Also, thanks to the Vegan Pro vegetable protein powder, this oatmeal is EXTRA protein. A complete breakfast!
Ingredients (2 servings)
1/2 cup Quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 Banana
1 serving Vegan Pro – Butterscotch
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Baking powder
1 cup Unsweetened vanilla oat milk
2 tbsp Maple sugar sprinkles
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a blender, mix all the ingredients.
3. Pour the preparation into 2 ramekins with a capacity of 250 ml and cook for 30 minutes in the oven.
