If you don't know what to do with all the oats in your pantry, we created a versatile crunchy snack for you. You can consume granola in so many ways; it's time to get creative!

Crunchy Maple & Vanilla Granola

I have been using RAW Nutritional's products for a while now. I must say that I am more than happy to have them in my routine. I have included their protein powders into my breakfasts, keeping me full until dinner.

I am proud to offer you my very first recipe in collaboration with RAW Nutritional! This delicious granola is made from healthy, natural ingredients, so it cooks quickly and easily.

I can present it in different ways; here are a few examples:

  • With milk, like cereals
  • On a good Greek yogurt with berries
  • Directly from the pot, as a snack
  • On a smoothie bowl
  • On a good ice cream

Ingredients (About 2 cups)

Dry
1 cup Oats
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Slivered almonds
2 scoops Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
Wet
1 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup Maple syrup

Crunchy Maple & Vanilla Granola

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F, then cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients first, then add the maple syrup and coconut oil. Combine well.

3. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the granola is crisp and lightly golden. Mix halfway through cooking.

4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before placing it in a container.
