Try to make your closest friends and family guess this mystery ingredient. Quite a difficult yet surprising one when you finally know the answer.

Ingredients (16 servings)
1 can (540ml) Black beans, well rinsed and drained
2 Flax eggs*
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Chocolate
⅓ cup Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
½ cup Pure Organic Cacao
½ cup Applesauce
¼ cup Canola oil
100g Dark chocolate chips
Topping
1 small handful Unsalted pecans, finely chopped
*2 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds + 5 tbsp Water (mix well and wait for 10 minutes)

Method

1. Preheat the oven at 350 °F.

2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor, except the chocolate chips and pecans. Blend until obtaining a smooth texture.

3. Add the chocolate chips, then mix with a spoon.

4. With vegetable margarine, butter an 8x8 baking dish, then pour in the mixture.

5. Add the pecans on top.

6. Place in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

The brownie is at its best when still slightly damp. If overcooked, the texture won't be as decadent.
