Delicious Chocolate-Hazelnut Protein Pancakes
Try this vegan recipe and it will surely become your new breakfast classic.
This is THE recipe for the weekend.
You will like it as much for several reasons!
First, it contains very little sugar (only a small amount in the protein and the optional maple syrup that you will add).
Then, because of the proteins, it contains, it will support you for several hours.
It is also super fast and simple to make and, most importantly, is really very good. The simplicity of this recipe is ideal for those mornings when you are craving something special, but not hard to make.
Little tip (actually a big tip for more deliciousness): If you want a more pronounced hazelnut flavor, I suggest you spread a thin layer of hazelnut butter on the pancakes before stacking the next one. It’s just perfect!
Ingredients (Approximately for 8 pancakes)
2 cups of flour
2 scoops of Chocolate Vegan Pro
1 teaspoon of baking powder
¼ cup of hazelnut oil *
3 cups of vegan milk

Method

1) In the order shown above, put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix them well to make everything homogeneous.

2) Cook the pancakes in an oiled pan. Make sure the pancakes are golden brown before turning them over. In this way, your pancakes will be cooked to the center.

3) Serve with maple syrup, hazelnut butter and / or melted dark chocolate.

* If you don't have one, you can replace it with another vegetable oil.
